My Studio

By: Missy B

I grabbed a few quick shots of my studio space today. It’s cluttered and messy, but that’s the way I work. I am very lucky to have the space to go and be creative. It’s nice to get out of the house, push Waylon in his stroller up the driveway then back out to the studio (thereby hopefully he’s napping) or let him roll around and play or watch Finding Nemo while I get to work. When its nice outside I open up the big doors and the curtains blow in the breeze. I also use this space for yoga. The only thing missing from my dream studio now is to have little lambys frolicking just outside for me to watch. Someday…

Couldn’t find a contact email address so thought I’d leave a comment. I noticed that you have a section on DIY and I have a few hundred DIY PDF files that I have posted for free and you are more than welcome to download them to share with others on your blog. You can find them at DIY.EdiblePlanet.org. They are at the very bottom of every post. I have more than what is listed but just haven’t had the time to post them yet. Enjoy!

PS – Thanks for the link to the washing machine apple cider maker. Great idea. I have a simple plan – not posted yet – on a simple apple cider press but I have been looking for a simple way to grind the apples up before pressing and the washing machine fits the bill perfectly. If they were to press those ground up apples they would get twice (at least) the amount of cider. The press is very simple with the main part being a small hydraulic jack. Let me know if you want that file and I’ll email it to you.
